We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Runner to support our busy Parts and Service Departments. This role plays a key part in keeping our technicians efficient and our workflow organized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and stage parts for technicians based on the Lightspeed schedule
- Review upcoming service work to determine required parts, timing, and locations.
- Update Repair Orders (Ros) with accurate part location.
- Label incoming parts with proper RO numbers and ensure correct allocation.
- Assist Parts and Service teams in gathering required information.
- Update unit locations in the system as needed.
- Maintain organization and accuracy within the parts area.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computer systems.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move Parts as required.
